My counselling space is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Hayle in West Cornwall, a beautiful seaside town known for its calm atmosphere and welcoming community. The practice is situated on the first floor, with convenient lift access for all visitors.

There is ample parking available nearby and the office is easy to reach, just a short distance from the A30, making it accessible for clients travelling from surrounding areas.

The space has been created with confidentiality and calm in mind, offering a private, relaxed environment where you can feel safe, supported, and heard.

If you prefer the comfort and privacy of your own home, I also offer sessions via video call and telephone, whatever feels most accessible and supportive for you.

Each session lasts 55 minutes and is priced at £50. If you are a student or on reduced income, some concessionary places are available, so please contact me for more information.

I offer a free introductory 15 minute phone or video call, which gives us the opportunity to explore your needs together and see if we are a good fit.
