If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low in self-esteem,or simply unsure of where you’re heading, counselling can offer a space to make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward. You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. Just having a regular space to talk and reflect with someone who truly listens can bring real relief and clarity.

Counselling is not about fixing you or giving advice. It’s about helping you notice what’s happening inside, develop greater self-awareness, reconnect with your own strength, and cultivate self-acceptance. Together, we create a space for reflection, personal growth, healing, and compassion.
​I offer support rooted in deep respect for your individual story. You may face challenges such as trauma, abuse, loss, identity struggles, or the lasting impact of feeling unseen or misunderstood. I hold a compassionate, inclusive space where diversity is honored and LGBTQ+ clients are fully affirmed and respected.

​Carrying pain alone can feel impossible, but facing it doesn’t have to be. Like a wound that never fully heals, difficult feelings quietly shape how we live and relate to others. I have deep respect for anyone willing to sit with what is hard, even when it feels uncertain or unsafe. My role is to offer a consistent, compassionate presence as you move through whatever comes, at a pace that feels right for you. If you feel ready, we can arrange a free initial 15-minute phone or video session to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
